Jennifer Barber is a fashion strategist, educator, and brand consultant with over 20 years of experience helping designers, creatives, and fashion entrepreneurs build brands with both creative distinction and commercial power.
She created Le Cadre after recognizing a persistent gap in fashion education: most courses teach either the creative side or the business side, but rarely both — and rarely at the level of depth that building a real brand requires.
Her work spans brand positioning, aesthetic development, business model design, and go-to-market strategy. She has worked with founders at every stage of growth, from those preparing their first collection to those scaling into new markets.
