The Strategy Intensive is a focused, private session with Jennifer built entirely around your most pressing brand challenge — the decision you’ve been circling, the problem you can’t seem to solve, the next move you can’t quite commit to.

What the Strategy Intensive covers.

Every Strategy Intensive is different because every brand challenge is different. There’s no standard agenda, no slide deck, no framework you could have found yourself. The session is built around your specific situation — and Jennifer’s job is to think through it with you at a level of depth that produces a clear decision, not more options.

Common focus areas include:

  • Brand positioning — clarifying who you are, who you’re for, and what you own in the market

  • Rebrand strategy — whether to rebrand, how to approach it, and what to protect

  • Launch planning — how to position and sequence a new collection, category, or brand

  • Growth strategy — identifying the highest-leverage moves for your next phase

  • Pricing and commercial model — whether your pricing architecture is aligned with your positioning

  • Marketing focus — where to concentrate your energy and what to stop doing

The session: 90 minutes, 1:1 with Jennifer, conducted virtually via video call

After: Written summary of key findings and recommendations, delivered within 48 hours

Format: Video call — Zoom or equivalent

How to get the most from your session.

The pre-session questionnaire — which you’ll receive immediately after booking — is the most important preparation you can do. It asks five focused questions about your brand challenge, what you’ve already tried, and what a successful outcome looks like for you.

The more specific your answers, the more value you’ll get from the 90 minutes. Jennifer reviews every questionnaire before the session begins, so your time together starts focused — not with 20 minutes of background context.

Beyond the questionnaire: pull together any relevant links (your website, social channels, competitors you admire or are competing against) and have them ready to share during the session.

Select a date and time that works for you. Payment is collected at booking — your spot is confirmed once payment is processed. You’ll receive the pre-session questionnaire and video call link immediately by email.

Jennifer typically holds Strategy Intensive sessions on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Availability updates in real time — if you don’t see a slot that works, check back within a few days.
